About Me
Originally from the land of lakes, northern Ontario, I grew up with a strong love for the natural world. From an early age I was struck with the beauty of my surroundings and spent much of my time drawing or painting. When in high school I took a photography class and a new door opened. I was able to pursue my education with a degree in Art that focused on digital imaging and interactive media.
Today I continue to pursue photography. I shoot both digital and film and am always looking for creative ways to interpret my surroundings. Photography for me is not simply a process of recording an image; it is about exploring a vision. I love to tell a story with my images and especially enjoy projects where I can use multiple images to describe a feeling, event or story.
